Our Privacy Promise
Privacy is not a feature of BATASnatin Lexitary — it is the foundation. Your Lexitary workspace is your private environment. Only you can see what is inside. Not other users. Not our staff. Not the people who maintain our physical servers. You are the boss.
1. Information We Collect
Account: Email, name, role, hashed credentials.
Usage: Queries, case notes, documents — stored in your private workspace only.
Lexi Personalization: Practice areas, preferences, style — belongs to you alone.
Payment: Processed by PayMongo (PCI-DSS). We never store card/GCash details.
2. How We Protect Your Data
Encryption at Rest: AES-256.
In Transit: TLS.
Access: Only through your authenticated session. No staff has routine access.
Infrastructure: Servers in the Philippines. Data never leaves PH jurisdiction.
3. Your Lexitary — Your Personal AI
Lexitary is pre-trained on Philippine law (shared). As you interact, she develops personalization unique to you. This is the only "AI training" contributed by users. It is private, deletable, and erased if you delete your account. Your data never trains other users' Lexi.
4. Data Deletion
Soft Delete: 30-day trash (recoverable).
Permanent Purge: After 30 days, gone from all systems including backups.
Account Deletion: Everything erased within 30 days.
5. Data We Never Share
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data. Exceptions: valid PH court order, PayMongo transaction metadata, anonymized aggregated statistics.

Essential auth cookies only. No tracking or advertising cookies.
