3. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimers

3.1 AI-Generated Content

All responses, documents, and analyses are generated by artificial intelligence systems. Users acknowledge that:

• AI can make mistakes and produce inaccurate information
• AI may hallucinate or generate plausible-sounding but incorrect content
• AI responses may be biased or incomplete
• AI cannot understand context as a human lawyer would
• AI-generated content should always be reviewed and verified

3.2 No Warranty of Accuracy

We do not warrant or guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content
• That the information is up-to-date with the latest laws and regulations
• That the content is appropriate for your specific situation
• That following AI suggestions will lead to favorable legal outcomes

3.3 Human Review Required

Users MUST have all AI-generated content reviewed by a qualified Philippine lawyer before:

5.3 Usage Limits

Different subscription tiers have different usage limits:

• Free Plan: 3 AI searches and 1 document draft per day
• Student Plan: Unlimited searches and drafts
• Professional Plan: Unlimited searches and drafts with priority processing

6. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Uses

6.1 Acceptable Use

Users agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Users shall not:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

AI-generated content created for users remains available for their use, but the underlying AI models and technology remain our proprietary property.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Legal malpractice or professional liability claims
• Damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content
• Errors or omissions in any content
• Unfavorable legal outcomes
• Personal injury or property damage
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BATASnatin AI, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
