– right to strike – At present, in the absence of any legislation in government employees the right to strike, recognizing their right to do so, or regulating the exercise of such right, they are prohibited form striking by express prohibition of MC No. 6 and as implied in EO 180

– national parks committee; right to strike; civil service – The committee is a government agency and
its employees are covered by civil service rules and regulations; While the committee’s employees are allowed under the 1987 Constitution to organize and join unions of their choice, there is yet a law permitting them the right to strike.
