This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE is entered into and executed by and between:

WHEREAS, the VENDOR desires to sell the property approximately { } ({ } sq.m)and VENDEES agrees and promises to buy the aforementioned property including the improvements therein.

That the VENDOR complied with the provisions of ART. 1623 of the New Civil Code as well as the Land Reform Code of the Philippines.
