FACTS:
Ramos was the owner of a parcel of land which he bought from a subdivision. Abutting his property were two road lots, one was the proposed access road of the subdivision and the other was owned by a different entity. A wall was constructed on the other constructed road lot, preventing Ramos from passing through the road.
HELD:
To justify an easement, real necessity must be shown.
