Ramos was a holder of a possession information title which he later conveyed to Romero. Romero applied for the registration of the land.

HELD:

The possession and cultivation of a portion of a tract of land under claim of ownership, under a claim of ownership of all, is a constructive possession of all, if the remainder isn’t under the adverse possession of another.
