FACTS:

Teodoro  sold  to  Chichirita  with  right  to  repurchase.    Former  failed  to repuchase  the  property  but  the  same  was  purchased  by  his  sister.  Thereafter, Graciana transferred her rights to Gallar in exchange of a cow.
 

HELD:

This action is not for specific performance but to quiet title, to remove the cloud  cast  on  appellee’s  ownership  as  a  result  of  appellant’s  refusal  to recognize  the  sale  made  by  their  predecessor.    And  as  the  plaintiff  is  in possession, the action is imprescriptible.
