FACTS:
Respondents sought the annulment of the deeds of donation on the ground that it wasn’t in compliance with the formalities of a will. The petitioners on the other hand claim that they are valid donations and that they were not donations mortis causa.
HELD:
If there has been no badge that it is a donation mortis causa, it should be considered as a donation inter vivos.
