FINALITY OF JUDGMENT IN LAND REGISTRATION

Section 30. When judgment becomes final; duty to cause issuance of decree. The judgment rendered in a land registration proceedings becomes final upon the expiration of thirty days to be counted from the data of receipt of notice of the judgment. An appeal may be taken from the judgment of the court as in ordinary
civil cases.

After judgment has become final and executory, it shall devolve upon the court to forthwith issue an order in accordance with Section 39 of this Decree to the Commissioner for the issuance of the decree of registration and the corresponding certificate of title in favor of the person adjudged entitled to registration.

FINALITY OF JUDGMENT

> Judgment becomes final after 15 days to be counted from the date the party concerned has received notice thereof

> Upon finality, it devolves upon the land registration court to issue an order for the issuance of the decree and the LRA, pursuant to said order, to issue the corresponding decree of registration to the person entitled thereto or his successor-in-interest

COURT RETAINS JURISDICTION UNTIL AFTER FINAL ENTRY OF DECREE
