An action for partition, accounting and annulment of documents over two parcels of land was filed by petitioners. The private respondents alleged that their father acquired the properties through donation propter nuptias. Petitioners allege that Roque repudiated ownership over the sugarland and Maria and Juan on the other hand, quitclaimed interest over the Riceland.
